Friday is the last day to voice your opinion on whether the EPA — the Environmental Protection Agency — should regulate carbon dioxide pollution, a solar heat trapping gas.
Whether or not you believe in global-warming’s man-made causes, or even global warming itself, ask yourself. Would you be willing to stick your head into one of these industrial smokestakes and take a lungful, to prove how harmless it is to the environment?
The EPA is taking public comment before making a ruling.
Of course, special interests — like the oil and coal lobbies — are working overtime to defeat a positive ruling and have already gotten thousands of comments submitted in opposition.
