Stupid-ass curbs. So, the curbs that slope down all nice to the street, you know the ones i’m talking about, you can ride up and down on no problem at any angle with your bike. But for some reason, around here they’ve cut little one-inch ledges into them which are currently disguised by the leaves that have finally fallen from the trees. So you know when you ride a bike with thin tires near a preciptous ledge, it will be like riding on a track. Unfortunately, when your bike won’t steer, gravity and momentum conspire against you.

Anyway, I was going slow, so I’ll just be sore for a few days.
