yes, it’s on my lap. No, I didn’t buy it. Yes, it’s a ‘stray’ – it’s mother has been living in the cubbyholes underneath our tubs, and we didn’t figure this out for like 8 months, until she broke her leg and was pregnant. She gave birth before we could tame her enough to get her aborted and fixed. My fiancée now has kitten fever. Hopefully this is the only surviving kitten and we don’t have like 12 more hidden down there that are going to need homes. One with a disabled mother no one wants is going to be bad enough.
Anyone want a sweet, cute but gimpy mother cat? I’ll pay all the vet bills to get her into shape. I don’t really want to put her to sleep, but I’m not gonna have much choice in about a month here.
At least the kitten is cute and home-able if it’s not gonna be able to come with us.
