So I get this email from Facebook (despite the fact that I have opted out, every time they opt me back in to getting email from them)

We’re trying out a new feature to reduce the amount of email you receive from Facebook. Starting today, we are turning off most individual email notifications and instead, we’ll send you a summary only if there are popular stories you may have missed.
You can turn individual emails back on and restore all your original settings at any time.

How is opting me *in* to emails I’ve already opted completely the fuck out of (I mean, including the new shit they *just* opted me in to a few days ago) going to get me less than no emails?

At least that shit’s easy to turn off. Try getting rid of the new “no, we’re *NOT* going to let you view your feed in a sort order anymore” feature. Hmm, well, I know at least one way to not view the feed in their order.
