Standing on the world’s summit we launch once again our insolent challenge to the stars! and it’s actually out of copyright I guess since it was written before 1923 (and in Italy to boot).
I go back and re-read this every time it’s mentioned somewhere. It’s especially savory this year, it’s 100 years anniversary. It’s simultaneously hubristic and yet at the very core of what nature does, fighting back against the dark vacuum between stars; standing up against the massive crushing entropy to proliferate.
