I know Europeans loves them some salad, and the Mediterranean diet especially. And, according to the article above, it doesn’t take much, just daily doses in the amount of 2 tablespoons.
And man, I LOVE vinegar. I actually drink that shit straight, like sippin whiskey. Guess I’ll just keep on doin what I’ve been doin, then.
p.s. red balsamic vinegar for sippin. red balsamic all the way. stay away from the gutless whites and non-balsamics.
