I am a twitter user, and I do NOT give you my express written consent to use any of my information posted to Twitter.com (or any affiliated website,). My publishing on twitter.com is my intellectual property and any licensing of it will need to be negotiated before you publish my work.
Just because my work is public does not mean it is free to reproduce. You may not sell first and ask forgiveness by offer me a pittance for my intellectual property.
My twitter username is saintneko and I will NOT give you my password and access to my account. It honestly sounds like an illegal phishing scam to gain access to my twitter account. Your business model needs to be revisited and your service needs to become opt-in before you will be legally safe.
If necessary I will find someone to write an automated program to search an account’s tweets from your database and compile a list of copyright offenses you have committed.
