Apparently, aside from Club Mutha Frakkin Neko, it’s used in medical terminology relating to type-1 diabetes, but I’m way too lazy to look up the actual definition. But hey, I rank above diabetes in the Google search for what does cmfn mean so I gotta be doing something right.
